Speaker - Founder - Facilitator
Speak & Center is where creative overthinkers stop hiding and start building.
I created this for two groups of people I know well: young creatives — college-aged, ambitious, overthinking everything — who need someone to tell them their instincts aren't wrong. And women my age who are navigating caregiving, identity shifts, and the slow realization that they've been designing everyone else's life but their own.
Through retreats, workshops, seminars, and immersive experiences, Speak & Center challenges you to embrace inner child healing, stop performing wellness, and start designing a life you actually want to live — not escape from.
No belief system required. No fixing. Just real tools, lived experience, and a room where you're allowed to be exactly where you are.
ꕥ Retreats — Immersive, multi-day experiences that pull you out of your routine and move something in you that a podcast and a journal entry can't reach.
ꕥ The Sandbox — These aren't sit-and-listen rooms. You're going to move, make and probably surprise yourself.
ꕥ The Nerve Lab — You walk in with a habit that isn't working, you walk out with a practice that might.
ꕥ Speaking engagements — Nikola on your stage, at your event, or on your panel — talking about the things most speakers skip.
Everything we build is practical, grounded, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. No prerequisites. No pretending.
🪷 The nervous system isn't the enemy.
Most of us are running on a system designed to survive, not thrive. This talk explores what nervous system regulation actually looks like in real life — and why your anxiety might be smarter than you think.
🪷 Your inner child has opinions.
The parts of you formed before you had words for them are still running the show. This is about reconnecting with those parts — not as a therapy exercise, but as a practical act of self-leadership.
🪷 What you're not saying is the loudest thing in the room.
Communication isn't just what we say — it's everything we've edited out. This covers the unspoken truths we carry and how they quietly shape every relationship we're in.
🪷 Creative overthinking: your superpower and your saboteur.
If your brain is always ten steps ahead but somehow never at rest — this one's for you. What creative overthinking costs, what it's protecting, and how to work with it instead of against it.
🪷 From survival mode to actually living.
What happens when you've adapted so well to hard things that you don't know how to stop bracing? This is about grief, identity, and the slow work of becoming who you actually are — not just who you had to be.

“Nikola and I had an instant connection as women who aren't afraid to show our playful nature, but we are also serious entrepreneurs. She has not only inspired me to journal again (and improve my cursive writing) but reminded me how important everything I speak matters. I am actively working on eliminating negative language from my vocabulary and I love saying ‘I rebuke that in the name of Jesus’ whenever someone says anything that isn't the vibe I want around me. I am glad we reconnected after meeting many years ago, and I believe she wants to help make people better!”
— Robin Petrinoso, Owner of Joyful Jumpers – Houston, TX
“Nikola is the type of person you hope to add to your team. She's always positive and extremely sharp – a necessary skill when working on high profile events and on the road where anything can happen. If you want a reliable and creative mind in your circle, CALL ’KOLA.”
— Mike Jackson, Author, “The Trucking Manual” – Atlanta, GA
“Consistent and charming are great words to describe Nikola. She is a standout performer and never fails to produce positive results for her clients. What makes her unique is her ability to lead by example, and always keep a level head in the face of a challenge. She's got a natural ability to develop a positive rapport with anyone she meets within a matter of moments. Whether a person is the age of 2 or 92, Kola shows a real passion for helping inform and motivate others alike. I have enjoyed working alongside her as well as supervising her on multiple projects and she excels in every role. I have no doubt she has the ability to achieve all her goals in life.”
— Ayanna Grady, MBA, FPT Americas – Atlanta, GA
“Kola is definitely a detail‑oriented professional and I highly recommend her services!”
— James A. Dellaria, Realtor, Keller Williams – Stroudsburg, PA
“I have worked with Nikola for many years in the experiential marketing industry. She is the kind of person that always takes the lead, inspires others, and goes above and beyond what she is ‘supposed to do.’ I recently heard a friend hired her and was very happy to work with her and looks forward to future collaborations. She is one of the few people you can refer and get great feedback when the job is completed. She has helped acquire new opportunities as well; she is very kind in that manner and cares about others. I was always excited to work with her, but she is more suitable in a management role!”
— Marike Dye, Producer, Casting Department – Atlanta, GA
