As a crisis counselor and creative entrepreneur, I’m using this space to document what I’m accomplishing in real time as I build Speak and Center, how I think,  how I move, what I refuse to tolerate anymore, and what it actually takes to stay clear in an overstimulated world. 

Right now, I’m laser-focused on building Speak and Center, a space for people in the thick of change, loss, burnout, and becoming- and I’m documenting the process here as it unfolds.
