As a volunteer crisis counselor and creative entrepreneur, I’m using this space to document what I’m accomplishing in real time as I build Speak and Center, how I think, how I move, and what it actually takes to stay clear in an overstimulated world.
Right now, I’m laser‑focused on building Speak and Center, a space for people in the thick of change, burnout, and becoming—and I’m inviting those of you finding me early to really get to know my work and get involved.
I’m not trying to be “the expert on everything.” I’m a connector and curator—I intend to bring in the right specialists, hold the space, and help build the kind of community support most of us wish we had when life gets hard.
